1. Introduction

TradeGrowth AI (“TradeGrowth AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-assisted marketing and automation

services to businesses in the home-services and skilled-trades industries, including database reactivation,

lead generation and follow-up, review and referral solicitation, appointment booking, and virtual receptionist

services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect

personal information when you visit trade-growth-ai.com (the “Site”), engage us as a client, or otherwise interact

with us.

It also explains how we handle information we process on behalf of our business clients — for example,

contact records from a client’s customer database that we use to send messages or book appointments. By

using the Site or our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Scope — Who This Policy Covers

This policy addresses two distinct groups:

• Our clients and Site visitors — trade and home-service business owners who contact us, request

information, or purchase Services. For this group we act as a data controller (we decide how the

information is used).

• Our clients’ customers and contacts — the individuals whose information our clients ask us to process

(e.g., dormant leads, past customers). For this group we generally act as a service provider / data

processor, handling information on the client’s instructions and under our agreement with them.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers & contact details: name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address,

and similar identifiers.

• Customer / contact data provided by clients: the names, phone numbers, email addresses, service

history, and lead status of a client’s own customers and prospects, which the client shares with us to run

campaigns.

• Communications content: the content of SMS, email, and other messages sent or received through our

Services, including replies, ratings, and feedback.

• Commercial information: Services purchased, billing records, and transaction history.

• Technical & usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and similar

analytics collected automatically when you visit the Site.

• Cookies & tracking technologies: information gathered through cookies, pixels, and similar tools (see

Section 8).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial account

numbers beyond what is needed for billing, or health information), and we ask that clients not send us such

data unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. How We Collect Information

• Directly from you when you fill out a form, request a quote, sign up for Services, or communicate with

us.

• From our clients when they provide their customer or lead databases for us to process.

• Automatically through cookies and analytics tools as you use the Site.

• From third-party platforms we use to deliver Services (e.g., messaging, CRM, and analytics providers).

5. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including sending messages, booking appointments, and

following up with leads on behalf of clients;

• Communicate with you about your account, inquiries, and support requests;

• Process payments and maintain billing records;

• Personalize and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;

• Train, configure, and improve our AI-assisted automation tools, using data consistent with our

agreements and applicable law;

• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems; and

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

A note on AI processing.

Our Services use automated and AI-assisted systems to draft messages, prioritize follow-ups, and route

responses. Where we use client-provided contact data to operate these systems, we do so under the client’s

instructions and our service agreement. No client data is shared with or used in the training of ai models.

6. SMS, Email & Messaging Consent

When we send SMS or email messages on behalf of a client, we and our clients are responsible for ensuring

there is a lawful basis and, where required, prior consent for those communications. Recipients can opt out

at any time:

• SMS: reply STOP to opt out of further text messages, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates

may apply. Message frequency varies.

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any message, or contact us using the details in Section 13.

We honor opt-out requests promptly and maintain suppression lists so that individuals who opt out are not

contacted again through the same channel. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third

parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers / subprocessors who help us deliver the Services (e.g., messaging platforms, CRM

and email providers, hosting, analytics, and payment processors), bound by contractual confidentiality

and data-protection obligations;

• Our clients, with respect to their own customer and campaign data;

• Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors, as needed;

• Authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property;

and

• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and analyze traffic, and to support

marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site

functionality.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, and

accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Client-provided contact data is

retained according to our agreement with the client and is deleted or returned on request or at the end of the

engagement, subject to legal requirements.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal

information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is

completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach

affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any relevant authorities as required by law.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal

information, to opt out of certain processing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as California under the CCPA/CPRA) may have

additional rights. To exercise any right, contact us using Section 13; we will verify your request and respond

within the timeframe required by law.

For information we process on behalf of a client (as a service provider), please direct your request to that

business; we will assist them in fulfilling it as required.

12. Children’s Privacy, Third-Party Links & Changes

• Children: the Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or 16

where applicable). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

• Third-party links: the Site may link to third-party websites we do not control; their privacy practices are

their own.

• Changes: we may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest

version, and material changes will be communicated as required by law.
